Plot Plan No. PLN19-0075 is for the model home complex and landscape and irrigation plan for Hacienda & Majestic
located within Planning Area 6 of the Audie Murphy Ranch Specific Plan (TR31822-2). The model homes for the Hacienda
product are located on Lots 2 and 3 and include a sales office within the home on Lot 3. The Majestic product is
located on Lots 6 and 7 and includes a sales office within the home on Lot 6. A temporary restroom is located within
Lot 7 and will serve both sales offices. Temporary parking for the model home complex is located on Lots 4 and 5
with eight (8) standard parking spaces and two (2) ADA parking spaces for a total of ten (10) parking spaces.
The model home signage includes two (2) 32 square foot 8-foot tall sales center signs, six (6) 15 foot tall (15
square foot) flags/banners and four (4) model identifier signs.
Planning Area 6 (TR31822-2) of Audie Murphy Ranch is located north of Planning Area 7 (future school site), off
Audie Murphy Road and Destry Drive.
The City of Menifee Landscape Inspector has preformed inspections on the Model Home Complex and deemed the
landscaping complete. Pulte Home Company has turned the model homes and the associated landscaping over to the
property owners for maintenance in May of 2021, therefore, the City of Menifee Community Development Department
approves the full release of Bond No. 30091725 as the developer has completed all conditions of approval associated
with the Hacienda/Majestic Model Home Complex within the Audie Murphy Ranch Development.
