To whom it may concern;
In October of 2018 the Community Development Department reduced the above mentioned
bond from $200,300 to $18,000.
Per the Community Development Department, the landscaping and irrigation improvements
have been installed and maintained to City specifications and standards and the remaining
bond amount is now ready for release. The City is unable to produce the original bond,
enclosed is a copy.

The Audie Murphy Ranch has been construcled. The Audie Murphy Ranch has received
final occupancy from the Building and Safety Department. The applicant is requesting a
reduction of Bond #929626006 for Landscape and lrrigation lmprovements to reduce the
bond amount from the original amount of $200,300 to $18,000 (cost of 1-Year
Establishment and Maintenance). The remaining amount for this bond is $18,000, which
can be released after completion of the one-year post installation landscaping and
irrigation inspection pursuant to the conditions of approval for the Plot Plan (PP2015-138)
which approved the landscape plan.
