incorporation (formerly unincorporated Riverside County) is
hereby Accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the CITY
OF MENIFEE on behalf of the public for public road and public
utility purposes, and in the future WILL be included into the
City Maintained Road System subject to public street
improvements in accordance with City standards, by the
undersigned City Engineer of the City of Menifee Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Right of Way Acceptance
In the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California, being that portion of Malaga Road
(Lot "C") of the Map of Romola No. 5 filed in Book 14, Pages 44 through 46, inclusive, of Maps,
records of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly comer of the land described in the Grant of Easement recorded
March 26, 2007, Instrument No. 2007-0202652 of Official Records of said county;
Thence South 89°40'56" East 20.00 feet parallel with the northerly line of Lot 212 of said map to
the centerline of said Malaga Road (Lot "C");
Thence South 89°42' 10" East 20.00 feet parallel with the northerly line of Lot 233 of said map to
the northwesterly corner of the land described in the Grant of Easement recorded March 26, 2007,
Instrument No. 2007-0202653 of Official Records of said county;
Thence South 00°32'08" West 58.61 feet along the westerly line of said easement and the southerly
prolongation thereof,
Thence North 89°42'10" West 20.00 feet parallel with said northerly line of Lot 233 to said
centerline of Malaga Road (Lot "C");
Thence North 89°40'56" West 20.00 feet parallel with said northerly line of Lot 212 to the
