property situated in the city of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California, described in the legal
description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and "B" and made a part hereof, hereafter referred to as

RESERVING THEREFROM, unto the Grantor, an easement for maintenance activities within Channel
