Any person wishing to address the City Council on any matter on this agenda is asked to
complete a “Speaker Request Form” available at the table in the back of the room. Please submit
the completed form to the City Clerk prior to your speaking.
The time limit for public comments is three minutes per person, and a total of a half hour for the
Public Comment portion of the agenda. This overall time limit may be extended by the Mayor if
there are a large number of people who wish to speak. All public comments will be heard during
the public comment section of the agenda, including those on the consent item. Please
remember that the City Council is very limited in its ability to respond to your comments.
