2022/11/02 Verduzco Family Investment Group, LLC Amendment to lease Agreement - Notice of Lease Terms AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT September 16, 2022 Notice of Lease Terms This Amendment is an addendum to the Lease Agreement (“Lease”) dated June 1, 2017 by and between Verduzco Family Investment Group LLC as successor-in-interest to Donald G. Hobbs & Mary Lou Hobbs, Living Trust (“Lessor”) and City of Menifee (“Lessee”), covering Premises identified as 28115 Bradley Road, #4, Menifee, CA 92586. (“Premises). The following Paragraph numbers, Subparagraph numbers and Exhibits correspond to the respective Paragraph numbers, Subparagraph numbers and Exhibits in the Lease Agreement or are additional Paragraph numbers, Subparagraph numbers and Exhibits to be incorporated into the Lease Agreement. Lessor and Lessee hereby agree to amend the terms of the Lease and confirm the following: 1.3 Term: The term of the Lease shall extend for a five (5) year period commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2027. 52. Base Rent Schedule for extended term: January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023; $1,352 plus NNN January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024; $1,366 plus NNN January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025; $1,379 plus NNN January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; $1,393 plus NNN January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027; $1,407 plus NNN Except as modified or changed herein, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect during the term of the Lease.
