Menifee City Council
Oct. 7, 2020
Ms. Miller
Albia Miller
We are canceling Measure DD because the city is using some of it for the Holland Street Bridge. On/ off
ramps are enablers of more houses adjacent to roads like Holland & Briggs Road. Vote Yes on
Measure M. The city can acquire funding for their Police from other portals of the Budget. What we
don’t need is more crime and car accidents brought by more development.. These country roads are
not fit for traffic congestion. Before Menifee is paved over and the traffic is immobile, we need to vote
out those who owe developers because they have taken money from Corporate America who refuses to
progress into jobs that we need. If Mr. Zimmerman really cared about Public Safety, he wouldn’t allow
more unmanageable Population growth thru serving his Developer Campaign Contributors. If he and
the other members of the City Council had integrity and sophistication, they wouldn’t be talking about
the personal lives of other Candidates and their constituents wouldn’ be knocking down Mr. Estrella’s
signs.
Rickey Estrella, a teacher, Public Administrator, UCSD graduate, has taken his campaign seriously and
his Civic duty of attending all Menifee City Council Meetings. He has degrees in Public Policy and stands
for Preserving the Land. So he needs District 1 Yamsil Tommasini and District 3 Cecillia Truman to join
him in preserving the Rural Lifestyle of Menifee. All candidates are for the express bus for Seniors that
go thru the shopping Centers.
. Mr. Sullivan, EVMW’s answer to recognizing that there isn’t enough water for any more building in
Menifee was to build a 48 million dollar desalinization facility which must be a desewerazation because
they are not piping in sea salt water when he could have given a Notice of Will Not Serve any more
water that we don’t have for development. So we are going to Vote for Jeffrey D Armstrong, water
resources manager.
Yes, on Jerry Carlos 67th California State Assembly.
Vote for Dr. Liam O;Mara for 42nd House of Representatives because Ken Calvert started this trend of
over development in Southern California that was already over capacitated.
Abigail Medina is a pro Environmental Candidate as member of the Center of Community Action and
Environmental Justice. That is Penny Newman’s Organization. A Vote for Abigail is a Vote your Future
Breath of Air in the 23rd District State Senate.
We have a strong Yes on Prop 15 The signs you see saying No on 15 are bought by Real Estate and
Apartment owners.
For Propositions, a strong Yes on 15 and 21. Those who are fighting 21 and paying for those signs and
TV Ads are Apartment Builders and owners and Real Estate Agents. Yes lower the rent 21, Yes take the
money from Corporate America and put it in schools, hospitals, infrastructure. It will not tax small
businesses. So No on 14, Yes on 15, Yes on 16, Yes on 17, Yes on 18, No on 19 , Prop 20 No, Yes on 21,
Prop 22 No, Prop 23 Yes, Prop 24 No, Prop 25 Yes.
Just because the city may be giving you a neighborhood side walk or skate park or Clean up, you do
not owe them your vote because they are downsizing your Quality of Life dramatically with every field
that they destroy. It Represents a building or tract housing area that will bring in water draining people
over crowding the stores, the schools, the Natural Paths., the sports and recreation. And causing viruses
to spread quickly and that bio hazard is becoming stronger as they mutate.
