Honorable Council and Chief Walsh,
I would like to welcome our new Police department and support them as they take the helm July 1st..
I had the honor of serving on the Citizens Selection Committee when Chief Walsh was making his first Captains choices. I
can't tell you how impressed I was with every candidate. The level of commitment, education and enthusiasm was
inspiring.
Menifee will have a first rate PD from the first day. The emphasis on Community based Policing is, especially with
current events, the future for successful relationships with Menifee's residents.
We look forward to having Menifee retain it's safe, small town feel through our Public services and wish Chief Walsh and
his team all the best.
