1.Project History
Former Abacherli site concludes dairy operation no longer financially feasible
Dairy is closed and housing shortage as well as the housing developments adjacent to the project drives decision to propose a residential project
Project Concept design begins in 2017
Design team conducts information outreach with local agencies
Project is formally submitted to the City of Menifee in early 2017
Project goes through design review and transforms into current design

The project conducted a CEQA scoping workshop to hear environmental concerns from the community.
Outreach to neighbors: The Wilderness Lakes RV resort, the Lakes community HOA, and to Tierra Shores community HOA.
3.Open Space
20-acres of total open space including:
5.2-ares of lake area
8.9-acres of lawn & landscaping
1.2-acres of park & recreation area
0.3-acre of pool area
4.2-acres of sidewalks & trails
0.1-acre of tot lots
0.2-acre of water quality basins
Approximately 70,000 sq. ft. recreational amenities distributed throughout the site, which include:

PROVIDES A VARIETY OF LOT SIZES AND A COURTYARD PRODUCT THEREBY OFFERING OPPORTUNITIES TO PURCHASE HOMES FOR A RANGE OF INCOMES
PROVIDES A PUBLIC TRAIL AND BIKE LANES FOR ROADWAYS FRONTING THE PROJECT
