General Comment by Don Slater 3/18/2020
As you know, a secret meeting is held just prior to the public meeting…
That meeting is held behind‐closed‐doors, because they don’t want the public to know what’s really going on…
They don’t want you to know about all the litigation the City has gotten into due to the poor decisions made by the city
council…
For example, they were just discussing the Tony Falco lawsuit…
Tony Falco was running a plumbing business (called Accurate Leak Locators) on property not zoned for such a business…
By rule, the City should have shut it down…
But no… Instead, the City made deals with Tony Falco… Deals very favorable to Tony Falco…
WHY?
Because Tony Falco gave big bucks to many city leaders…
Lesa Sobek and Matt Liesemeyer were greased up the wazoo, as were John Denver, Darcy Kuenzi, Neil Winter, and of
course, Scott Mann…
Over a quarter million dollars have been wasted by the city of Menifee on this lawsuit alone…
