Casablanca Neighborhood
Resurfacing
Willows Neighborhood
Murrieta Road Resurfacing
This project proposes to grind and overlay with Asphalt Rubber Hot Mix (ARHM) 1.5 inches of existing asphalt in one portion of
the project area and a rubberized emulsion-aggregate slurry (REAS) on the remaining streets of the project area. Additionally, the
project proposes to upgrade existing curb ramps to current standards, and restriping to match existing road. Construction will
begin on April 2023 and be completed by June 2023. This project will have a useful life of 15 years for areas receiving ARHM
overlay, and 7 years for areas receiving a REAS seal.

Willows Neighborhood
This project proposes to grind and overlay with Asphalt Rubber Hot Mix (ARHM 1.5 inches of existing asphalt. Additionally, the
project will upgrade existing curb ramps to current standards and restripe the roadway. Construction will begin on March 2023
and be completed by June 2023. This project will have a useful life of 15 years.
Murrieta Road Resurfacing
This project proposes to reconstruct the entire roadway surface through Cold-in-Place Recycling (CIR) method which will grind up
to 6” of the existing asphalt pavement and mix it with additives to rejuvenate the existing asphalt. The rejuvenated asphalt will
serve as the base course. Additionally, the project will upgrade existing curb ramps to current standards and restripe to match
the existing roadway. Construction will begin on September 2022 and be completed by November 2022. This project will have a
useful life of 20 years.
