("Grantee"), its successors and assigns, a slope easement to grade, maintain, repair, alter, replace, and
remove landscaping, erosion control, irrigation and associated appurtenances in, under, upon, over, along, and
across the following described parcel of real property situated in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State
of California:
As described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, and made a part hereof.
together with all necessary and convenient means of ingress and egress to and from said easement or strip or
parcel of land, for the purpose of grading construcling, reconstructing, maintaining, operating, repairing, or
renewing, in any manner the street and slope together with any and all of the purposes hereinbefore
mentloned.
