Generally,Spanish Colonial Revival style buildings are asymmetrically designed.The style features low-pitchedroofswithlittleor no overhang, and serpentine roof tiles. These homes usually featured wood framing with light color stucco siding. Environmental Determination 1.Conduct a public hearing; 2.Adopt an Ordinance approving Code Amendment No. LR21- 0287, amending the Development Code (Title 9 of the Menifee Municipal Code) to establish a multi-family ministerial review application procedure and requirements for ministerial review of multi-family residential to comply with state law (Senate Bill 35); and 3.Adopt a Resolution approving the Multi-Family Objective Design Standards to be incorporated by reference in the Development Code.
