Menifee Specialized Transit Market Study
•Started late 2021, to be completed April 2022
•Conducting a tailored city-level market analysis of its
seniors, disabled, low-income population to better
understand their transportation needs
•Conduct a community survey to identify the types of trips
and destinations that are needed most
•Provide practical recommendation that the City may take
to deploy a pilot program
•Approved $150,000 for a pilot project

•RCTC became managing agency for RCA in January ‘21
•Responsible for implementing Western Riverside County Multiple
Species Habitat Conservation Plan
•Goal is to preserve 500,000 acres of
land to protect 146 animal and plant
species
•RCTC is major contributor to
