Those portions of Lot 10, 11, 14,35, and 36 of Pratt Eucalyptus Tract No. 7, as per [Vap
Recorded in Book 7 Page 9 of tt/aps, in the office of the County Recorder, County of
Riverside, State of California, lying within Section 34, Township 5 South, Range 3 West,
S.B.tvl. more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 36, thence along the Southerly line of
said Lot 35 and 36, North 89"29'35" West,175.45 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, said point also being on the Northeasterly right of way line of Antelope Road
(34.00 feet in half width), as shown on State Right of Way Map 440105;
Thence along said right of way line, North 27"45'23" West, 587.39 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve Northeasterly and having a radius of 1,966 feet;
