Menifee, County of Riverside, state of California, as described in Grant
Deed recorded December 16,2002 as Document No. 2002-750779, Offrcial
Records of said County and shown on Record of Survey recorded in Book
lZ4,Page 92 of Records of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of
said county, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 3, said point
monumented with a 3" brass disk, 0.4 feet below the surface within the
Right of Way of Interstate2l5;
Thence North 89"42' 15" West (North 89"42'04"West per said Record of
Survey) along the southerly boundary of said Section 3, a distance of
