FULL RELEASE AND TERMIN ATION OT LIEN AGREEMENT
The City of Menifee, a political subdivision of the State of Califomia ("ej!y") and
Diamond Brolhers Five Partnership, LP, a Califomia limited partnership ("Owner") entered into
that certain Lien Agreement ("Lien Agreement"), dated August 27, 2020 and recorded as
Document No. 2020-0452860 September 23, 2020 in the official records of Riverside County
("Official Records"). All initially capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the
meanings given such terms in the Lien Agreement.
The City has confirmed that the Owner has satisfactorily completed all of the
lmprovement Work, or bonded for the completion ol same. Pursuant to Section II(A) of the Lien
Agreement, the City hereby releases the Property from the Lien Agreement, as set forth on
Exhibit A attached hereto. The City and Owner also hereby agree that the Lien Agreement is
terminated, has no further force or effect as to the Property and is null and void.
This document may be signed in counterparts and shall be recorded in the official records
ofRiverside County.
