THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by dedication by PM 6743 filed in Book 22, Page 37,
to the CITY OF MENIFEE, is hereby accepted for the purpose
of vesting title in the City of Menifee on behalf of the public for
public road and utility purposes, and WILL be included into the
City Maintained Road System, subject to improvements in
accordance with City standards, by the undersigned on behalf
of the City Council of Menifee. Grantee consents to recordation
