1.0 Overview
The City of Menifee has numbers landing on the wrong PRIs. Numbers for City Hall are landing on the PD
PRI and PD numbers are landing at City Hall. This is having various impacts on the City’s network as well as
call quality and 911 dialing capabilities for the City.
1.1 SOW Validity
The validity of the Assessment outlined in this SOW are subject to the agreeing to the time lines outlined
and described in the SOW within 60 days of the Effective Date of this SOW. In the event that causes a
material delay in the time lines defined in the SOW, Intelesys reserves the right to amend the terms,
conditions and/or pricing contained herein, or withdraw this SOW entirely.
1.2 SOW Offer Period
Unless otherwise agreed to mutually in writing, this SOW will expire within 60 days of the Document Date
as set forth on the cover page of this document.
2.0 Location of Work
Work shall be performed at City Hall and Police Department locations. Unless otherwise stated, the work
will be done remotely
3.0 Scope
Intelesys will perform the Engagement activities listed in this section and these activities are “in scope” for
the PRI Migration Project. Any items or actions not specifically identified in this section are out of scope.
3.1 Engagement
3.1.1 Conduct an Engagement kickoff meeting.
3.1.2 Work with Customer and carriers to establish a preliminary project plan for the Engagement, and
provide a work breakdown structure that outlines the work effort required for the PRI Migration
Project.
3.1.3 Verify with Customer and carriers all numbers that need to be moved.
3.1.4 Create with Customer and carriers a schedule for circuit move or number migration.

3.1.5 Depending on solution by carrier, Intelesys will prep the system to receive the incoming numbers on
the correct PRI Trunk Group in the Mitel system. This can include, but is not limited to, programming
temporary DNIS entries for pointers of existing number to their original destination, programming
numbers for all destinations on new Trunk Groups
3.1.6 Intelesys will work with carriers to move numbers on the appropriate date/time as established in the
planning session.
3.2 Engagement Management
Intelesys will designate an “Engagement Project Manager” who will act as the single point of contact
throughout the Engagement. The Engagement Project Manager is also responsible for managing the
change control process. Should the Engagement’s requirements change during the course of the
Engagement, the Engagement Project Manager will ensure that any modifications to the Network
Assessment are agreed to and documented in writing.
Customer will appoint a single point of contact that is responsible to; coordinate the Engagement
activities, interact with Intelesys and ensure timely data flow and exchange of information required for
execution of the Engagement within the agreed time frame.
Intelesys will work with Customer to schedule a kick-off meeting to initiate the Engagement. Intelesys
and Customer will collaborate to determine required stakeholders and other attendees, agenda, and
meeting location (i.e. on site or virtual). At or before the kick-off meeting, Customer shall provide a list
of appropriate contact personnel with contact numbers, and appropriate on-site authorization
documentation (where applicable). As an output of the meeting, Intelesys will produce an agreed
Engagement Project Plan, which specifies resources, dates, times, and locations for the tasks described in
the Engagement Project Plan.
All Engagement Management activities and duties will be delivered remotely.
4.0 Terms & Conditions
4.1 Tasks, activities, deliverables and support requested by the that apply to this SOW shall occur during
normal business hours (e.g., 8AM-5PM, M-F) local time, excluding Intelesys and Federal and State
holidays, unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing by Intelesys and .
4.2 Client shall designate a Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) to Intelesys who must be available and involved
throughout the entire work effort outlined in this SOW. The SPOC will have the authority and
responsibility of key project management parameters: authority to approve Job Change Orders,
approve changes to Travel & Living expenditures, maintain project plans and / points of contact and
coordinate communication with all Project Team members.
4.3 Client acknowledges that not providing documentation or information related to the scope of this SOW
may adversely effect any and all portions, results, conclusions, validity, accuracy and/or pertinence to
the goals and terms outlined in this SOW.
