That certain parcel of land situated in a portion of the northeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 22. T. 6 S., R. 3 W., S.B.M., in the City of Menifee, County of
Riverside, State of California, being that portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 8158 as
shown on the map recorded in Book 31, Page 50 of Parcel Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said Riverside County California, described as a strip of land, 17.00
feet in width, the westerly line of said strip being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwesterly corner of Lot "C" of said Parcel Map No. 8158,
being also the intersection of the centerlines of Zeiders Road and Ciccotti Street, as
shown on said Parcel Map No. 8158;
Thence along the northerly lines of said Lots "C" and "D" of said Parcel Map No. 8158
