described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 485 of Tract No. 2364 as shown by map on file in Book 43. Page(s) 57 throu h 65,
inclusive, of Maps, Records of the County of Riverside, State of California, in Section 28, Township 5
South, Range 3 West, of San Bernardino Meridian, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 485, said point also being the Southeast corner of land
described in Grant Deed as Instrument No. 37728, recorded April 23, 1970 of Official Records of
Riverside County, California, said point also being on the westerly right of way line of Bradley Road, 44.00
feet half width as shown on said map;
Thence North along the easterly line of said Lot 485 and said land described in Grant Deed recorded April
