Landscape Plan Checking and Construction Field Review
Fee Proposal
Gary F. Hoyt Landscape Architecture, Inc. (Consultant) shall perform high quality and
complete plan reviews for conformance to City landscape standards, conditions of approval,
statutory and regulatory requirements, landscape requirements for storm water and low impact
development, water efficient landscape standards and water use calculations, wildland—urban
interface (WUI) code for vegetative fuel management and fire safety, biological conservation, and
recycled water use regulations.
Consultant compensation to provide landscape plan check and inspection and other related
landscape consultation services to the City of Menifee is outlined below.
1. Hourly billing rate for plan checks, re—checks, and inspections: $105.00/hour
2. Administrative/clerical services related to plan checks and inspections: $70.00/hour
3. Hourly billing rate for other landscape consultation
services as requested by the City: See attached Exhibit C for rates
Notes:
A. Gary F. Hoyt Landscape Architecture, Inc. will assist to prepare and update the City's
landscape fee schedule, landscape standards, design manual,policies and procedures, as requested
by City staff.
