FULL RELEASE AND TERMINATION OF LIEN AGREEMENT
The City of Menifee, a political subdivision of the State of California ("City") and Stark
Menifee Land, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Owner") entered into that certain
Lien Agreement, dated March 13, 2013 and recorded as Document No. 2013-0182114 on April 17,
2013 in the official records of Riverside County ("Official Records"), as modified by that certain
Partial Release and Termination of Lien Agreement dated August 6, 2014 and recorded as
Document No. 2014-0314404 on August 19, 2014 in the Official Records ("Partial Release"), and
as amended by that certain First Amendment to Lien Agreement, dated April 15, 2015 and
recorded as Document No. 2015-0171371 on April 28, 2015 in the Official Records (collectively,
the "Lien Agreement"). All initially capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the
meanings given such terms in the Lien Agreement.
The City has confirmed that the Owner has satisfactorily completed all of the
Improvement Work, or bonded for the completion of same. Pursuant to Section II(A) of the Lien
Agreement, the City hereby releases the remainder of the Property from the Lien Agreement not
previously released in the Partial Release (the "Remainder Property"), as set forth on Exhibit A
attached hereto. The City and Owner also hereby agree that the Lien Agreement is terminated,
has no further force or effect as to the Property and is null and void.
This document may be signed in counterparts and shall be recorded in the official records
of Riverside County.
