2015/07/01 Riverside, County Amendment 1 Archaelogical Services agreement, change to services and rate charges COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE 1 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH 2 CITY OF MENIFEE CALIFORNIA 3 CONTRACTOR: County of Riverside 4 Contract Term: July 1, 2015 through June 30,2016 Effective Date of Amendment: July 1, 2015 5 Annual Maximum Contract Amount: NA 6 7 The original Agreement between County of Riverside, herein referred to as COUNTY, and the City of 8 Menifee, California, herein referred to as CITY, is hereby amended as follows: 9 10 1. On page 8 of the Agreement, amend SECTION 23 "TERM" to amend all references to the Term 11 from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015,to a new term of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 with the option 12 to renew for one additional year unless terminated earlier. 13 2. On page 10 of the Agreement, amend "Services" (Attachment A)to update tasks, by replacing 14 with Services-Attachment A-2 attached hereto and incorporated herein. 15 3. On page 11 of the Agreement, amend"Hourly Rates for Professional Services" (Attachment 13) to 16 amend the Archaeological Services position Regular Hours rate from $138 to $186 and the Principal 17 Planner position Regular Hours rate from$147 to $186. 18 4. Upon request and acceptance as set forth in this Agreement, the Transportation & Land 3 Management Agency shall provide the following services: Review public and private 4 development projects to ensure that such projects are consistent with the requirements of 5 State statutes/regulations and County General Plan policies; Review public and private 6 development projects to determine the level of analysis needed for cultural resources, 7 paleontological and biological resources, and geologic hazards and; Review reports related 8 to these resources. 9 2. Upon request and acceptance as set forth in this Agreement, the Environmental Programs 10 Division shall provide the following services: Review public and private development 11 projects to ensure that such projects are consistent with Western Riverside County Multiple 12 Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP); Process Habitat Acquisition and Negotiation 13 Strategy (HANS) applications and conduct Single-Family Expedited Review Processes as 14 required by the MSHCP; Review biological reports and MSHCP consistency analyses and; 15 Perform habitat assessments and biological surveys. 16 17 18 19 20 ICI 21 22 I 23 I 24 25 26 27 28 29
