The City of Menifee requires the use of a new engineering module for their engineering department to effectively make use of the Accela Automation system. As such,Accela will work with the city to solution a streamlined engineering module with up to 8 record types with simple workflow making use of existing Gap Fee Analysis data that has been previously analyzed. Additionally, the city has authorized Accela to begin this work immediately making use of the consulting hours from change order 2. The Accela PM will report to the City PM the status and balance of hours remaining from change order 2. This change order will authorize Accela for an additional 30 consulting hours of work related to the creation of the engineering module. This Change Order takes precedent and supercedes all other documents and discussions regarding this subject matter.
