This is a routine procedure to comply with California State Law & Civil Code requirements

This Preliminary Notice is a notification to the property owner, project lender, project owner
agent, etc that NPG will be performing services on said property. It is required of all California
Contractors for any project over $400 per CA Civil Code 8104 (b) and 8216- that failure to
comply is grounds for disciplinary action from the Contractors State License Board.
