VACATION OF A PORTION OF LINDENBERGER ROAD (VAC 18-001)
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Being a portion of Lot "C", of Parcel Map No. 33703, as filed in Book 236, Pages73 through 75,
inclusive of Parcel Maps, Records of the County of Riverside, State of California, lying within
Section 36, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northeasterly corner of Parcel 3 as shown on said Parcel Map No.
33703, said point lying on the westerly right-of-way of Lindenberger Road, 80.00 feet in width
per said Parcel Map, also being the westerly line of said Lot C;
Thence from said point of beginning, southerly along said westerly right-of-way line of
Lindenberger Road, South 00'30'19" West a distance of 430.81 feet to a point on said westerly
right-of-way line of said Lindenberger Road 80.00 feet in width per said Parcel Map, said right-
of-way line being 50 feet westerly and parallel with, measured at right angles from the centerline
of said Lindenberger Road;
Thence continuing along said westerly right-of-way line, South 45"30'44" West, a distance of
32.53 feet to an angle point therein;
Thence leaving said westerly right-of-way line, South 00031'09" West, a distance of 50.00 feet
to a point on the centerline of Newport Road being 100.00 feet width per said Parcel Map
33703;
Thence easterly along said centerline of Newport Road, South 89028'51" East, a distance of
73.02 to the centerline intersection of said Newport Road and Lindenberger Road. Said
intersection also being the South Quarter Corner of Section 36, Township 5 South, Range 3
West S.B.M.;
Thence northerly along said centerline of Lindenberger Road, North 00030'19" East, a distance
of 553.56 feet to a non -tangent curve concave northwesterly having a radius of 2076.00 feet, a
radial line to the beginning of said curve bears, South 45018'53" East. Said point also being the
intersection of the centerline of said Lindenberger Road and the southerly right-of-way of
Domenigoni Parkway being 152.00 feet width per Right -of -Way Map on file as 929-DD in the
County Surveyors Office recorded April 10, 2009.
Thence westerly along said non -tangent curve and along said southerly right-of-way line, a
distance of 70.52 feet through a central angle of 00056'47", to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.64 Acres, more or less.
