as Document No. 2008-0627851, Official Records of Riverside County, California, being a
portion of Parcel 31 and 33 of Parcel Map No. 21838 as shown by map on file in Book 146 of
Parcel Maps at pages 1 through 26, inclusive thereof, Records of said Riverside County,
California, lying within the southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 5 South, Range 3 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California, said
portions being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Lindenberger Road (100.00 feet
in full width) with the centerline of Falcon Hill Drive (70.00 feet in full width) of Tract No.
