In the City of Menifee, County of Riverside. State of California, being that portion of the land
described in the Deed recorded December 23, 1969 as Instrument No. 130754 of Official
Records of said county. Lying within Section 21, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
All that portion of said land lying westerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of said land;
Thence South 861 32' 05" West, 88.16 feet along the southerly line of said land to the
Point of Beginning;
Thence North 1 1 ° 41' 47" West, 50.00 feet to Point A;
Thence continuing North 110 41' 47" West, 168.32 feet to the northerly line of said land
and the Point of Terminus. Said course bearing North I 1 ° 41' 47" West is herein
designated as "Course A".
Containing 0.94 acres, more or less.
As shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part thereof.
