LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Being a portion of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 6 South,
Range 2 West, S.B.M., City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of Califomia, more
particularly described as follows :
COMMENCING at the southeast comer of said Southeast Qua(er, said point being the
centerline intersection of Leon Road (50.00' half width) as shown on that certain Grant Deed
recorded July 24, 1975 as lnstrument No. 89313, of Official Records, of said county, and Keller
Road (44.00' half width) as shown on Parcel Map 15737, filed in Book 105, Page 5 of Parcel
Maps, records of said county;
Thence along the southerly line ofsaid Southeast Quarter, said line also being the centerline of
said Keller Road, South 89"46'37" West 1028.34 feet to the southerly prolongation of the
westerly line of Parcel l, as shown on Parcel Map 10219, filed in Book 49,Page72 of Parcel
Maps, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said southerly line and centerline, South 89'46'37" West 300.31 feet
