That certain parcel of land situated in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of
California, being a portion of the East % of the Northeast Y4 of Section 22, Township 6
South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, as shown by United States
Government Survey, and as described in that certain grant deed recorded July 28, 2006
as Instrument No. 2006-0555276 of Official Records in the Office of the County
Recorder of said Riverside County, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwesterly corner of Lot "C" of Parcel Map No. 8158 as shown
on the map recorded in Book 31, Page 50 of Parcel Maps in the office of the said
Riverside County Recorder, being also the intersection of the centerlines of Zeiders
Road and Ciccotti Street, as shown on said Parcel Map No. 8158 said point also being
the southwesterly corner of that certain public road and utility easement described in the
easement deed recorded March 3, 2011 as Instrument No. 2011-0098654 of said
Official Records;
THENCE along the northerly lines of said Lot "C" and Lot "D" of said Parcel Map No.
8158, and the southerly line of said easement deed, South 89026'05" East 72.78 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
