THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by this easement from, SEE BELOW to the CITY OF
MENIFEE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of an
easement for the City of Menifee on behalf of the public for
drainage purposes, and WILL be included into the City
Maintained Drainage System, subject to improvements in
accordance with City standards, by the undersigned on behalf
of the City Council of Menifee. Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
