The first arriving engine company reported a vehicle stuck in approx. two feet of water with one adult, one teenager and a dog inside the vehicle. All occupants were removed safely from the vehicle by the water rescue task force on scene. There were no injuries reported and the vehicle was removed by tow company on scene. All Fire dept. personnel have been released.
