In attendance were, Brian Ambrose (Assistant City- Manager of Murrieta), Robin Gilliland (Recreation Supervisor/Sister City Liaison of Temecula), and Steve Falk (Director, Community Mission of Hope). The taskforce is composed of several neighboring cities that have come together in efforts to solve the Homeless problem each one of our cities encounters. The Task force is currently drafting a Resolution that they hope will be adopted by all member cities’ Council. Rob suggested to add to the next Public Safety Committee Meeting a presentation by Mr. Falk who will present the Resolution. The committee would also be asked to consider recommending to council the adoption of the resolution. However, if the resolution is not ready in time to be presented at our next meeting, it can be added to the October meeting. Brian Ambrose should be able to weigh in on this last part regarding timing. I’ve copied everyone present at the meeting to better coordinate this process.
