3. SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTS:
• October 22, 2017 one chief officer, two engines, and a medic squad responded to a reported traffic collision on Murrieta Rd. and Cherry
Hills Blvd. The vehicle struck and sheared a fire hydrant. Two patients were transported to a local area hospital with minor injuries.
• October 23, 2017 One chief officer, two engines, and two trucks responded to a reported traffic collision with extrication on Bundy
Canyon Road west of Murrieta Rd. The first arriving engine company found a vehicle into a power pole with major damage. The single
patient required extensive extrication to be rescued from the vehicle.

4. STATION ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS:
Station Tours:
• Station 7 conducted 1 station tour that had a total of 20 public contacts.
• Station 68 conducted 3 station tours that had a total of 30 public contacts.
Other Events:
• Station 5 instructed the public CPR class at Kay Ceniceros Senior Center.
• Station 5 and Station 76 instructed the Menifee City Employee CPR / First aid class at City Hall.
• City units attended the Medic Patrol 7 dedication ceremony.
• City units attended a school program at the Ridgemoor Elementary School.
• City units attended the Health Fair at Menifee Valley Medical Center.
• City units attended the Fall Festival at Audie Murphy Sports Park.
