3. SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTS:
• 11/12/18 One battalion chief, three engines, one medic patrol, and one truck responded to a reported traffic collision with
extrication at the intersection of Hwy 74 and Menifee Road. Two patients required extrication to be removed from the vehicles.
A total of 5 patients were transported to area hospitals and one patient was pronounced on scene.
4. STATION ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS:
Station Tours/Events:
• Station 5 conducted a school event with 300 public contacts.
• Station 7 conducted 1 station tour.
• Station 68 conducted 1 adult education event and two station tours.
• Station 76 conducted 1 station tour and a school event with 100 public contacts.
Other Events:
• Participated in the City Veterans Day Celebration
• Participated in the Opening Ceremony for the Veterans Menifee Patriot Cup
• Participated in the Riverside City Active Shooter Drill
