PUBLIC WORKS / ENGINEERING UPDATE:
1. Scott Road/I-215 Interchange Pre-Construction Meeting
2. Goetz/Vista intersection traffic safety evaluation as part of Goetz Gas Station and Retail
Project
3. Keller Road/I-215 Interchange Coordination
4. Commercial Truck Parking in residential areas Ordinance to be developed
5. Completed restriping of Craig with buffered bike lanes and a new enhanced school crosswalk
at Evans.
6. Completed Taawila Elementary School signage, crosswalks, legends, and stop signs.
7. Working with school district to address safety issues at Garbani/Evans.
8. Approved Veterans 5K and Santa Rosa Charter Schoo l 5K traffic control plans.
9. Opened Southshore between Holland and Tres Lagos
10. Holland road closure is now open to Briggs.
11. Applied for 2 HSIP grants: Raised medians on Antelope and Newport.
12. Traffic signal interconnect to future City Hall building installed off of Haun.
13. La Piedra/Town Center traffic signal planned to be turned on mid September.
