RE:Authorization to use Electrical Transformer.
We hereby grand permission to JT Kruer&Company, Southern California Edison, and Power Plus,the
temporary use of our electrical transformer for the installation of a temporary meter at our McDonalds
Restaurant located at 26875 Newport Road, Menifee Ca. for the sole purpose of providing temporary
power during construction.
This approval includes the right to install temporary power poles in our planters provided that they in no
way interfere with our on-going business or Drive Thru. JT Kruer&Company,as agents for the
Developer understands and agrees,to restore any damage the installation and removal of the
temporary poles may cause to our property. Damage includes but is not limited to filling all holes and
replacing damaged plants and vegetation at their own expense. McDonald's Menifee or the Mestas
Organization will bear no cost associated with this scope of use.
Mestas Organization hereby reserves the right to withdraw this permission on a 30 day written notice to
