I conducted a site visit to the referenced project per the owner's request. The purpose of the
visit was to determine if interior walls were receiving load from the existing roof structure above.
Based on my site review, the existing roof was constructed with 2 point bearing manufactured
roof trusses, which span the full width of the structure approximately 27'-0" to the exterior walls.
Therefore, the owner may remove any interior walls without compromising the structural
integrity of the residence. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not
