CONFIGURATION
Tenant signs shall be In the form of Individual channel letters. Illuminated by Interior
mounted neon tubes. Latairs shall have translucent PleXlglas faces. These faces
shall be secured to the letter with an acrylic trim molding. Individual letters attach to
the center's olaster fascia.
Tenant may use one of the following letter styles:(A)AVANT GARDE GOTHIC E30LD-
Upper Case only;(B)HELVETICA MEDIUM-Upper Case only;(C)PUMP-Upper and
Loi,.er Case, Tenants with registered trademarks or logo styles will be sobjeci to
design review by Weingarten Really.
The overall maximum length of a sign shall not exceed 70% of We tonant's leased
frontage or one square fool.of sign area for each lines[foot of leased frontage to a
maximum of 100 square fuel.
The maximum vertical height of the sign mav not exceed 24"lone line of copy).
