Denver 19100 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 200 Mayor Pro Tern Irvin, CA92612 Received v District 4 RE: Hourly Research No. 2015-182 "IE5789 Menifee Valley ATC T- Mobile Minor Modification" Greg August Councitmember I, Tamara Harrison, Assistant Planner, have conducted the research you District requested regarding the T-Mobile Wireless minor modifications project on Lindenberger Road, north of Domenigoni Parkway, south of Rock Canyon Road Matthew Liesemeyer and east of Lindenberger Road, more specifically Assessor's Parcel Number 340- Councitmember 442-015). District 2 Proposed Modifications Vacant Councitmember The Community Development Department understands that T-Mobile proposes to District modify its existing antennas and equipment in an existing unmanned wireless facility. The improvements would consist of the following: • Installation of three new panel antennas • Installation of three new RRU's .^ • Paint to match as required. The modifications contemplated by this Hourly Research application do not include changes in tower height or expansion of the lease area or ground equipment layout. The existing lattice tower and communication equipment were previously approved by a number of permits issued by the County of Riverside's Building and Safety and Planning Departments including the following: • Plot Plan No. 21271 — Co-location of twelve panel antennas to be located on the existing 103 foot lattice tower, Installation of a 250 square foot equipment pad for new wireless equipment cabinets. The project also included the installation of wireless coaxial cable to run from the equipment cabinets to the panel antennas and electric power and telecommunication service run to the prefabricated equipment shelter. • BNR000188-Unmanned telecommunication shelter with 10 foot by 20 foot equipment shelter. • BXX003855- 105 foot monopole to unmanned telecommunications 29714 Haun Road facility. Menifee,CA 92586 Phone 951.672.6777 Fax 951.6793843 vww.cityofine nifee.us Community Development Department Determination The Community Development Department has determined that the proposed changes to the wireless communication facility, as described above, would substantially conform to the existing approvals and the existing tower. The Community Development Department noted that the existing ground-mounted equipment is currently screened within the existing perimeter landscaping. The new panel antennas and RRU's will be painted to blend with the existing panel antennas and RRU's; therefore, the proposal will have a negligible visual impact.
