Conditions of Approval
1. PMT15-00257 must be Finaled Prior to the Issuance of this Permit. Permit is for Demolition, there
have been no inspections, and expiration date is 8/9/2015.
2. Equipotential Bonding Grid will require Inspection and Verification.
3. Pool/Fence Barrier Requirements shall comply with County of Riverside Ordinance 421.5. See
Attached.
4. Wet Niche locations shall be made Accessible for Inspection.
