O'Gara Building&Safety regarding electrical service. _
Inspection Scott 01/30/2015 3:04 pm 1.50 On 0 1/2 912 01 5, at approximately 1345 hours, I received a radio
Stoll transmission from Senior Officer O'Gara requesting me to respond
to 28107 SUNWOOD PL. Upon arrival, I observed one marked
Riverside County Sheriffs(RSO) patrol unit with rear emergency
lights on positioned on the south side of the street. I observed
approximately 6 deputy sheriffs with green vests on. I was
contacted by Officer O'Gara upon exiting my vehicle. Officer O'Gara
advised me the dwelling was used to grow marijuana and the
deputies at the scene were from RSO narcotics unit. Officer O'Gara
told me the deputies had a warrant and searched the subject
property/dwelling for evidence. I was told the service panel that
supplies electricity was by passed and Edison was called by RSO to
pull the meter.
I observed two male subjects arrested and placed in a marked
patrol car,the other two subjects arrested,were sitting on the
driveway against the garage. Due to the dwelling not supplied with
electricity, I deemed the home substandard. I posted a Danger Do
Not Enter Sign and an Unsafe dwelling with reason sign. In addition,
I provided a HFA that identified herself as the property owner a
Notice of Violation outlining the observed violations and I explained
the dwelling in not to be lived in due to no electricity. I asked the
subject is she wanted assistance from Red Cross. She told me she
did not need assistance from Red Cross, I provided the female
subject my business card with the case number.
I called via my city issued cell phone my supervisor and advised
him of my actions.

Case Notes Scott 02/10/2015 11:35 am 0.00 I received a phone call from RSO regarding the property status.The I
Stoll Deputy explained to me the property owner was at the subject
property, but cleaning the green pool. I explained to the deputy,the
property owner(s) can access their property, but can not enter the
dwelling.

Stoll (951) 385-6517. 1 called the number provided and received VM. I
provided a VM with my contact information
Inspection Scott 02/25/2015 10:14 am 0.50 1 arrived at the subject property for the purpose of a follow up
Stoll inspection. Upon arrival, i observed a U-Haul truck parked in the
driveway of the subject property and two HMA's actively loading the
truck with the contents from the garage. I walked onto the property
and contacted the two individuals loading the U_Haul Truck. I
requested to speak with the property owner. I was contacted by a
third HMA who verbally identified himself as ED MOLINA(Property
Owner.) Mr. Molina, in a calm voice, explained to me that he his
wife rented out the subject property and he was correcting the
violations by removing all the items in the garage so Edison could
gain access into the garage. Mr. Molina,told me he lives in San
Diego and is taking time off from work to correct the code violations.
Mr. Molina,told me he does not sleep at property. I explained to Mr.
Molina, he is permitted to enter the dwelling to make the necessary
correcting and bring the property into compliance. I provided Mr.
Molina my City business card and told him to send me an email
should he have any questions or concerns. Mr. Molina shook my
__N hand and thanked me for my time.
