This structure does not have electric, plumbing or mechanical features.
All plans are on 11"x17" size paper.
1.) Site Plan:Scale Y<" = 1' 0",Job address: 25900 Rolling Hills Dr., Owners Name: Dave and Luann
Loop, Lot size: 1.38 acres,Set backs are included for all structures.The Horse shelter is set back
25'from the property lines. Septic system general location is shown on the plan. No L.P. G.tank
on site (natural gas). North arrow provided in upper right hand corner.
2.) Foundation Plan:A foundation view and a separate cross section view of footing detail drawn.
Additionally, photos of dug and formed footings with rebar prior to concrete, as well as photos
of footings with concrete, showing sole plate bolts and locations have been attached.
3.) Framing Plan:A view of the framing has been drawn and provided, as well as photos of framed
walls materials used and location have been attached.
4.) Roof Plan: Roof was conventionally framed. A plan indicating the size spacing and direction of
rafters, identification of roof finish material, roof pitch and sheathing underiayment of both the
horse shelter as well as the attached shade cover has been drawn and provided. Photos of the
roof and structural rafters has been attached.
